Value of your sites?

All my other sites are still undeveloped.

my ukhardhouse.info i sold for $150
all my other sites have for around $100 ive only got 1 site left now which needs a bit of work doing for it to be completed so not worth a lot although the script i suppose is worth about $15-20

I really dont know this but what would you say the value of DevDreams.com is including the forum and everything the site has?

id say atleast high $xxx as i got $200 for 1 site agessss ago which had about 4 articles unused forums although it did have a 3 or 4 tools on so this site has more than that and no doubt more hits
