I don't think the web design market is that big these days? Well in the UK any way. I might be completely wrong but i think its pretty hard starting a new web design company.

I would like to have a job doing web dev and such, but there's few places in England which do such things as American companies get most of the work due to lower prices.
My graphics skills aren't the best, but I am fairly decent with XHTML, HTML 4.01 and CSS and i have some experience with PHp and mySQL (I have used sqlite, but not with PHP).
PHP, CSS, XHTML, Delphi, Ruby on Rails & more. Current project: CMS Object. Most recent change: Theme support is up and running... So long as I use my theme resource loaders instead of that in the Rails plug-in. Release date: NEVER!!!
