PHPSysInfo help with Windows Server 2003

Hi all, I've got a few problems with PHPSysInfo on Windows Server 2003, has anyone managed to get it to work on IIS6 and Windows server 2003?

I've seen a few sites using it so I know it will work but I'm thinking I have to set permissions for it to access somewhere or something... here's the error:
