Link Exchange - 3 Way

I am interested in exchanging links with other websites in a 3 way exchange. Heres how it will work...

1) You link to PythonDesigns.com from your site
2) I link to your site from DevDreams.com (PR4)

I am interested in all types of website however it must meet the following guidelines:

1) Must be accessible by search engines
2) Link must not be placed on a page with more than 30 outgoing links
3) Must have a minimum page rank of 3
4) Must be at least 3 months old
