jmc for 30dollars go to vivehosting.com and just pay for it. just give money to your parents and ask them to do it.

its simple. my parents were a bit dojjy when i asked but with a bit of effort asking they said "yes".

its worth it but you need a domain ask around if you can lend a domain or even buy with 750 webmasterforum.com forum dollars. i'll lend you some points. but you must have a host by then.
