Slicing photoshop templates

Does anyone here know how to properly slice a photoshop template, with out using the "Save Optimised As" option?

Here are some of the templates im trying to slice,

well actually thats the first thing i looked at, i've sliced many templates but not the way twodded did. so i dont know how to slice an entire template. maybe someone can help me?
