What would you change?

Ok, before I put money into promoting this forum, it's first time for changes. If you could make any changes/additions to the site itself or to the way it's run, what would they be? What changes would you make to the rules?
Please feel free to be critical.

Also, what do you think if we made these changes:
1) A new skin
2) A Chat room
3) Paid Moderators and Forum Leaders
4) A Legal Section
5) An expanded Domain section
6) A "Webmaster News" section

Heres what i think:

1) Maybe
2) when the board is alot more popular and has 20+ users active at once atleast!
3) DEFINATLY, YOU SHOULD PAY THEM LOADS
4) Dont think so, will make the board look empty
5) id say discussion and buy/sell only in domain section. and maybe appraisal section.
6) Yes, bu not a whole section, put it under a category.
