Domainer Goes Bankrupt in Australia

Beachie, thanks for finding this news article (I hope you don't mind that I re-post your good finds here). It seems that an Australian Domainer (where Beachie is from as well) has been engaging in some less than legit business practices that have caused him to be sued and go bankrupt:

I agree. Those were some nasty tactics he was using and he should have had to pay up.

Wow, more should of been done.. IMO the outcome would of been different if in the US. Thats just pathetic when people do stuff like that, which gives honest domainers a bad rap, because its only the negative things that get made public.
