Is it possible to create a basic javascript program to be used offline? Maybe for example a game or some sort of simple little app.

Not that i wanna cretae one im just interested.

What do you mean? You can use Javascript offline as a local HTML file, so in theory, yes it is possible.

ive never seen it before but i have heard about someone attempting to create it

an operating system done in javascript. now it obviously wont be a real os only it would be a copy of an os.

not sure if this is true or not, it does seem a little vague and probably way too much work

A crew of maybe 200 or so might be able to pull it off, downside: youd need a t 3000 connection for it work fast enough. LoL
