Learning Flash

A lot of clients have been asking me if I could build them flash slideshows, animations, etc. and I feel stupid telling them I don't know flash - only PHP, HTML, and some Javascript.
What's the best source to learn Flash and actionscript?

The best way to learn any program in my opinion is just to throw yourself into it, follow some tutorials for creating different effects, or buy a few books etc. A good place to start is http://www.pixel2life.com
