I don't know.
It sounds like something you could use for a Q&A style site, but there's already a fair number of those, and it might clash with Tutorial Dash, which wouldn't be an overly great thing as although the DXN and PDN are different entities (I'm using DXN as an abbreviated version of the site network you are building, assuming Deluxe is in it, and PDN for Python Designs Network, which is what Python likes to use), they are friendly towards each other.
You could also use it as a resource for finding good ISP's and web related services, software or hardware, but that might be a bit of a hand full as it would require knowledge of some commercial products (you can't say a Linksys router sucks if you haven't used it).
