smf recent topics code

does anyone know where i can get the code i would need to display JUST the 5 or 10 recent topics? i dont want dates/replies etc or anything else

ive not asked i dont want to register but i have read through their site ad only managed to get it with all the other bits i dont need

ive not installed it yet its on cpanel so ill presume its the newest version

Fantastico should give the version, well it does in my CPanel. I can't really do anything till I know the version as it's required to post support questions.

Its too wide with all the bits i dont need. Im also wondering its possible to cap it at a set number of charachters but i can lok into that later. i want it to all fit into the box on the right.
