International Talk Like a Pirate Day was Sept. 19. The event encourages people world-wide to use pirate terms in their everyday speech.

I had missed it last year and was deteremined to remeber to talk like a pirate this year to no avail. Did anyone remember?

I love Talk Like a Pirate Day!! However, all the pirate lingo I know is really "arrr" and "ahoy matey". I did drink some rum though.

Day of the Ninja is Dec 5. I'm not sure what you do to celebrate it. I'm more of a pirate person, so I don't side with the ninjas. You know, that whole pirates vs. ninjas thing.:boxing:
