I like to get my own forum.

It would be about dtm racing.

But i am a total newbie with no experience.

my question is this.

wich forumsoftware is easy to learn and to use.
is it good to start for a newbie.

please give me your comments.

I really recommend you to learn HTML and PHP first, before starting your own forum.

If you manage to get some experience in those languages, try one of these:

IPB (Invision Power Board) >> easy to manage
vBulletin >> relatively safe compared to other board-software
PHPBB >> eh, the worst of them all ^^

Yup, xPureNLx is right, vBulletin and IPB (Invision Power Board) are the two best when you're ready to pay the money for forum software.

If you want to create forum on free software, my favorite is Simple Machines Forum (www.SimpleMachines.org), but PHPBB is also good.
