looking for a wallpaper tutorial

as some of you may know i run a couple of fan sites and as a way of getting members to post more im offering some wallpapers once they have a certain number of posts, however im not very good at these an the 1st 1 i made was ok a a 1st attempt but id like some help with it. Im using psp although if eeded i can get a copy of photoshop however its soething ive never used before

There are some wallpaper tutorials at Lollypop Designs but for the most part you won't find any to actually make wallpaper. However, if you go to Tutorial Writers Inc there are a good 300 sites listed that contain PSP Tutorials, if you follow some Signature Tag Tutorials (making the canvas size the same as most common screen resolutions instead of the suggested size from the writer) you should come up with some pretty amazing effects
