find your internet options folder and reset yourhomepage (if your using ie6) its under "tools" if that doesnt work go to microsoft and download another copy

I have had that problem before. But a little system repair of the ol' WinME disk, and my computer was good as new! Well, except for all the viruses and the 8 GB of un-needed and un-organized files (it takes almost a minute to scroll through my favorites folder).
