I have both, I use PSP for cropping, browsing screen shots etc., when doing tutorials mainly because its faster to load then PS.
I use PS for the more intense and creative work because its superior in its features

Neither, I use GIMP and Xara Xtreme as both are free and work on my OS of choice (not to mention that I prefer vector work to raster work).
If I had to use one of those, it would be Photoshop since it's considered to be the superior of the two.
PHP, CSS, XHTML, Delphi, Ruby on Rails & more. Current project: CMS Object. Most recent change: Theme support is up and running... So long as I use my theme resource loaders instead of that in the Rails plug-in. Release date: NEVER!!!

Aha, true yeah i kinda like the photoshop more, but why don't you get photoshop? It's not that expensive.
WWWC is full of PSP tutorial writers and PSP signature tag makers that are currently being introduced to Photoshop via a course that Katra is running within the WWWC Community Forum
So come the end of the course, their opinions and votes could very well change, which should be interesting

Yeah, but don't know personally i like Photoshop more, the features are better. I've tried Paint Shop Pro, but i wasn't good at it. So i'm stuck with Photoshop yet, well i would like to see the votes changing, hehe.
why? coz I did lol.
I can't use photoshop, I've tried several times but I just can't get my head round it. What I need a dummy guide but I don't want to pay for a book
