If someone's hosting prices were very low, they could market it like the old "Crazy Eddie" commercials here in the U.S.:
"Our hosting prices are so low, we must be INSANE!"
One thing I learned in psychology is that the more crazy, zaney, funny, or different something is, the easier people will remeber your brand.
