Well i started this site about a year and 4 months ago but now i just havent got the time for it.

Heres the details:

Age: Approx 1 yr, 4 months
Monthly Uniques: Average 2000(note: i have taken the main site offline so the traffic has decreased since. within 1-2 months traffic should be bak to normal)
Income: When I was using adsense it brought in roughly $25 per month
Content: Easy to update
Costs: Domain is $15 per year
Reason for selling: Not enough time to continue running it
Newsletter: No but it has a forum with 130+ members
Site Includes: Online game arcade(directory of games), downloads, chat, phpbb forum(130+ members), and lots more.
Asking price: £160
Notes: The site is currently offline because it was being rebuilt and I have not yet put it back online. I will give all files of the rebuild and the old version to the new owner. The site also has its own phpbb forum which has been customized and modded. It has a forum dollar system, bank, store and lots more.

The site and forums also have a PR of 3 but it was once 5. This could easily be restored.

i doubt it will sell though...because the website isnt up and it needs a lot of work.

if it doesnt sell then ill just turn it into an all new game website and then try to sell it later

I hope one or the other happens, I hate when something goes to waste.

But since I'm already working on too many websites, and quite frankly hate spending money online, I'm afraid I won't buy it off your hands.

dont worry the site wont go to waste. its just if it doesnt sell then ill have to spend a bit of extra time rebuilding it meaning less time posting here. only for about a week though cause i would use some sort of cms or something simple
