Did you found any hosting company providing web hosting at the price $3 or less including free domain name? I saw many companies providing web hosting with free domain but the plan price is minimum $6 or higher.
If so then do they provide free hosting and get the payment of domain registration. But they state that domain is free with hosting. And a domain name cannot be free, someone must pay for it to get it registered.
