What's the Best mp3 Player?

Well, I was going to purchase a new mp3 player. At first, I wanted to go with the iPod (because I'm used to iPods and iTunes) but after going to cnet I was completely unsure about it. Especially after I saw the Creative and Microsoft players. What are everyones suggestions?

I wouldn't recommend the Zen (Creative) MP3-players to you, however they are less expensive than the i-Pod's... The new Microsoft MP3 players are a little, how should I say this... unknown to me...

Did you have good experiences with your iPod?... if you did, stick to it...
