Migration Problem Because of Not having Root Access!

Thanks in advance for your advice on this.

I have a customer who has 210 accounts in reseller hosting package with a different provider and he asked me to move his websites on to my server, without being able to allow me root permission.

Is there a way to do this I haven't thought of or some tool to move all the websites at once rather than taking backups individually and migrating 210 times?

Yep! Take it 1 by 1 only. Though You have 1 Good option. That is, Your Password will be same in each Transfer. You can use the Reseller Hosting Password! Else, There is only root who can access whole server at the same time.
