Trouble With SSL on DigitalOcean

I just purchased a DigitalOcean droplet. After moving my sites to it over I followed the same process to install SSL for each:
1) Route DNS through Cloudflare
2) Generate an Origin Certificate through Cloudflare
3) Install that cert on my site through Cyberpanel
4) Set Cloudflare to "Full Strict" encryption

That worked on the other sites, but one hasn't worked right and I'm trying to figure out why. Chrome says "Cloudflare Origin Certificate" is not trusted.

What should I try next?

This is a strange problem that I haven't seen before. I think the best course of action would be to contact support and see if they can help you resolve the issue.
