Verisign to to Increase .COM Prices in September

Verisign (Registry for .COM TLD) announced that it will change the wholesale price for .com registration and renewals from $7.85 to $8.39 for all registrars. The price increase will be reflected on September 1, 2021.

I have 1940 but it dosen't matter! Renewal prices will still be same... unless Registry gets into that too and remove price-lock

Practically, I have only 6 Domains of Mine and rest are of Customers!

I have about 50 of domains but it is never the focus of my business. Domain selling is not profitable unless done in huge volume. For normal hosts like us its simply an additional facilitation to our clients.

50 domains is still a lot compared to your average person @HostMayo.

I agree with you that for me, domain selling is more of a service while selling hosting is what brings profits.
