For sale on Flippa: https://lifetimehost.com/ for $4,000 brings up a lot of questions for me.
Has the Owner already sold so many lifetime plans that he's not making a profit and is trying to unload it quick? Once you sell a lifetime plan, this site gives you no opportunities to upsell services to them so no potential to make more money. Is this business plan sustainable? How would any owner not lose interest and the buyers of these plans should be aware that this business isn't likely to survive. Lastly, if you get the $4.95 monthly plan, there is no way to convert it into the Lifetime plan or vice/versa.

I've already researched on this Matter. Probable cause of this is that he has went out of business to run up the servers, they still need some profits which clearly they will not get because their business model goes for One-Time Payment which is definitely a big deal of loss!

I think you are right @cloudmate. A one-time lifetime payment leaves no motivation to take care of customers who will never pay again. a bad business model.
He should create a way so they can be upsold further services like disabling port 25 and selling separate capabilities to run mail servers at extra fees. Or have the Lifetime accounts not big enough for normal users forcing them to upgrade to the monthly plan.
