I'm learning about webhosting, websites, how to create them, manage them, migrate them, debug them, etc.
I have quite a bit of knowledge about hardware, but still learning the software side. I was thinking of making a small server where i could run my own website on, so i could tinker around and learn, especially the backend and the overall server management.
If you have any tips for the whole thing in general, i'll gladly take them, but the main thing right now is making my own server and what would i need for a simple website (atm i've only worked with wordpress through cPanel, seems friendly enough).
I have enough hardware overall so that's not a limit. Thanks in advance!
