I've been trying for over a month to transfer my domain away from Pheenix. It's been over 60 days since it was last renewed and it was first registered in 2016. When I requested it transferred out, I received the automatic email with the transfer code but it didn't work. A quick whois lookup showed that the domain status is both "clientDeleteProhibited" and "clientTransferProhibited". I've sent multiple support tickets over the last month but have received zero response.
Is there anything I can do to get my domain unlocked so I can transfer it when Pheenix isn't responding to my support tickets?
