Why is google letting you use adsense on serversland.com when there's no actual content? Isn't that against google's TOS?
Anyways, serversland.com sounds like a pretty decent domain name. I'm sure someone will buy it for a good price. But I wouldn't expect anything near $250 .. maybe between $75 - $100 ..
