how do i add a user to a db with phpmyadmin

Well, the title itsellf already say's it
I want to install ZPANEL at my own apache webserver, but it uses a db, well i used easyphp 1.7 and it installed phpmyadmin and i got a mysql server, the only thing is i dont know how to add a user to a database
any1 that knows, can tell me ? :?: :?:

no, i need to add the user in phpmyadmin not in zpanel, i need 1 database for zpanel to run, and that requires to make 1 db and add 1 user in phpmyadmin, and i just dont know HOW to add the user to the db
