Positioned for Global Growth through World-Class, Resilient, Scalable Data Solutions.

Capital Raise Planned for Q2, 2022.

February 7, 2022 — Epik Holdings Inc. (EPIK.com) announced the completion of its acquisition of Norwegian-based, Terrahost AS (Terrahost) as part of the company’s strategic objective to provide resilient, affordable, data hosting and storage solutions to the world.

Terrahost is building upon its 15-year legacy of world-class data solutions through targeted investments and optimization of its infrastructure and portfolio of storage, software and networking products—resulting in significant market penetration and over 300% revenue growth.

“We are excited to be able to bring Terrahost to the world,” says Epik CEO, Rob Monster, “For the last 15 years, Terrahost has been building a robust network of mostly below-ground, fortified data centers connected with the proprietary Enigma automation suite. The combination is what has delivered customers a winning combination of extreme resiliency with an economic model that scales from VPS to Enterprise.”

The journey for Terrahost to become part of Epik began in April 2021. “Our success in 2021 has been a result of team commitment to providing secure, efficient, affordable data products and services to its customers,” says Sten Huseby, CEO of Terrahost AS.“

Further future plans for Terrahost.com & Epik.com revealed today, 2/8/22 by Owner, Rob Monster:

"Terrahost continues to be run from Norway using the Enigma software developed by Terrahost, and operated by Terrahost personnel in Norway. Terrahost continues to be governed by the highest standard of customer data privacy with such data being made available on a need-to-know basis, e.g. in the case of fraud, chargeback or legal inquiry by law enforcement.

For anyone particularly concerned with privacy, I encourage you to pay with a crypto for any services that you choose to consume at Terrahost. The team there will also be happy to address any specific concerns.

As an aside, we do operate a free VPN product called Anonymize.com. I invite folks to check that out. You might not need it but others might find it useful. This VPN and DNS resolver already resolves Handshake domains.

Looking ahead, we are also working on a privacy browser technology called Valido.com that combines a fork of Chromium with technology acquired last year called Substratum.net that serves as a Tor alternative that was shown to even work in China.

One of the main reasons for acquiring a mature data center company was to be able to offer our clients greater resiliency and data privacy.

We are also an intermediate root certificate authority. See DNEncrypt.com. As far as I know, Epik is the only company in the world to assemble this whole stack:

    Registry
    Accredited Registrar
Host including proprietary ASN / BGP and IP address ranges
    Anycast DNS
    Intermediate Root Certificate authority (DNEncrypt)
    Content Delivery Network (BitMitigate)
    DDOS Mitigation (BitMitigate)
    VPN provider (Anonymize)

We have additional development in progress to further extend the resiliency promise that anticipate a variety of scenarios."
