Hey, I just got my first dedicated host from years of being on shared hosting from Bluehost -> siteground -> nixihost (dedicated).
Wow, the difference in speed. I normally have to wait for WordPress pages to load and making sites could take some time. In my first hour of doing work with dedicated hosting, I think I saved 15 min of waiting time for things to load. I often work with page builders to make it easier for my clients, and the speed is a godsend.
I'm new to cPanel and WHM as I have been using siteground backend, but I have been trying to go through the cPanel university courses as fast as possible.
I just wanted to share my experience as a rookie, I think I have gotten to the stage where I know enough to get in trouble, so I'm rushing to learn more, so I can stay away from it.
Furthermore, if you have any resources that I should check out or some quick tips for a rookie like me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, Bluehost and Siteground are not the fastest, so any dedicated server will for sure beat both of those.
With a decent web host, the speed can be better than dedicated, with fewer overheads. You need to find the fastest ones.
Not all web hosts are equal either. Some shared web hosts are a lot better than others in terms of speed.
