I havent got a clue about website price. I guess this site would be pretty pricy considering the nice amounts of traffic its getting

I would say it is fair.
The revenue that could be generated as a result of the site (Especially once it's a PR6/7 if it happens)
To be honest, I'm not the right man to talk to about website costs. I'm just giving my opinion on what this site may be worth, based on experiences I have had in terms of generating revenue from a site...
Certianly I wouldn't sell this site for less than 2000
I know another forum which is about to be sold and is asking significanlty more. That site has a slightly higher PR, but lacks members and continuancy in the forums...
From a financial perspective (I've no experience in trading websites), it's common to have stocks trading at a P/E of 15. However, stocks trading on an exchange would definitely trade higher than a website since they would have passed the listing criteria of the exchange (i.e. sustainable earnings, etc).
However, I would think the same principles would apply in this case - albeit at a discount - so let's say P/E of 10. However much you site would sell for is 10 times your site's yearly earnings.
How much is this site making then? Of course, one can argue about potential and all that (since this website is probably still in it's infancy in it's lifecycle), but then again....
i think this site could be worth quite a bit. well over £2000 if you ask me. i just read a post that you just changed to vbulletin.
that will add a fair bit of value.
i would say this site could be sold for about £3200, £3500 limit
I disagree. I read another post saying that this site recently has been getting 800+ daily uniques. If thats the case then this site along with the forum and all content would be valued at about £4000. I personally wouldnt sell for less.
ill give you the contents of my pocket minus my credit card :P which is £18 my provisional half a packet of chewing gum and ill throw in an apple aswel for good measure

I'll think about it. But if I were Python, I wouldn't dream of selling it for anywhere less that £2000.
All the time he has spent working on the forum, all the repeat visits by us guys..
If it were a crap site I wouldn't be here.
I think i might sell up now, joke
But Im not planning on selling this site, and I never plan to. Id like this site to grow as much as possible under my ownership

I know this is hard to judge...almost impossible actually but...
How many members do you think this forum will have within 12 months from now?
What do you think the overall site value will be in 12 months from now?
