But I just got an offer for enough stuff to host that and 3 other sites all for Less than I'm doing with Dan...
So, either Dan gives me my money back because my site has not been up for one second since I paid him, or I run the one site with him for 3 the months I paid for, or I just ove anyway...

Idealy I would want my money back...
As I said before, He said he could match the deal, and I said, Ok, I'll see, then When I replied 2 days later and Said, Okay, How do I oay, he didn't reply... and still hasn't...
Besides, the new deal I ahve now is much more stuff for less £££ and its by a big well-known company etc...
Just because there is no index.html...
That doesn't mean you cant go to kaziaz.com...
All it means is that when you do go there you get the directory list... Plus I would be able to access CPanel if it was up...

he paid £6 for 3 months..... If it was like £20 a month or something I would agree...But the servers are only down for upgrades so they are faster...So you should be happy...They have to be upgraded sometimes....

Ok (edit post not working) Starting from now there will be a fixed price for hosting...No deals or anything and I promise to get you the lowest price, and if you find a host that is cheaper I will beat that price 8) (sorry for any incovinince to anyone)
