Ive been getting harrased about my layout and things like that, so i took a stand and got started on a new one. Its finished and i would like everyone reading this to look at it.

i think your main text doesnt stand out enough im also not a big fan of times new roman and think you should change that

The whole place is way too dark. More like a gaming site.

Thats what i was intending to do, not too dark though as the previous layout. Hence the name "Forged Tutorials" people forged things in dark places, not happy joyful places..

hmm ok you didnt use times but it s coming up as that on mine :S
i do agree it is a bit dark perhaps if some of the graphics and font was a little bit lighter or had lighter parts on them it may help

How is anyone going to go through you tutorials online (whether or not the tutorials were forged in hell) if they cannot read the content?

since your site contains tutorials they will be spending a lot of time reading. dark colours make text hard to read unless its white text, which again isnt such a good idea.

apart from the brightness of it its quite a good design. keep it up
