Google PR Update?

Hey, I noticed that PR for this forum's index page has increased from 0 to 2. Has Google just updated PRs?

i read that there will be an update every 3 months (not sure if its true or not) but if thats the case there is 1 due within the next 9 days-ish

P, it says on my google bar that http://www.devdreams.com/forum has a PR of 2. Congrats!

well a PR of 2 isnt anything to get excited about. the other forum was a pr 4.

It says pr0 for me ...

during an update the pr for a site usually switches back and forth... for example i was actually online when the pr for devdreams index updated and each time i refreshed the page it was switching between 0, 2 and 5.

If you search for this forum at prlookup.com it shows it as PR4 (and it is the VB version...) :P

well thats starange .... if you type http://www.devdreams.com/forum/ it is 0 but type http://www.devdreams.com/forum/index.php and its 4 ...Very strange

google should try and recode their pr system so it knows which urls are the same . in the end most sites PR would go up because their overall pr would be combined.

I bet Google's attempts to tune and protect their system is causing confusion even to themselves.
