PHP Help!!

I assume that this is a easy thing to fix... but some reason i cant remmeber how its done or how i have done it in the past.

When you go there you will see this error:
Warning: main(): Failed opening '' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/xrlhost/public_html/index.php on line 33

Now the thing is that when people do to my site it opens index.php which as you can see i have the news on the index.php. I need to get it so when they click a link it will open in the table which does work if you click on order now it will load in the table but the news from home will stay... if you need more explaining let me know and thanks for your help.

Ya guys a friend of mine gave me the code i needed and the site works fine now but thanks guys its good to know I can get help here fast!
