yea it's is letting ppl spam but it keeps it under control rather than spam on other catagouries

yes that is true. it will actually help becuse it will stop poeple form spamming in the other categories

exactly i they want to spam they got the free advertising catagourie to do it in and if they see that you have a free advertising cat they may want to join which is even better.

if youve got people joining your forum jst because they want to spam and advertise their site their not worth having.
