well it needs to be promoted if you want people to be in there all the time. you could just plan a set time each day when everyone goes on it

well yeah, why not. its very hard getting people to go into a newly set up chat room. you need to have high traffic for there to be someone in it all the time

ok!!!
people don't actually go on it yet thats why i'm asking you if you can tell your friends a time to go on and stuff, spead the word.
the time is diff all around the world so you can't really set a time.
