Hey everyone, Im attempting to make a Forum just because im bored lately and ive got a self installer script that id like for some of you to try and tell me what it needs. Its just a basic installer script for a forum called "Forged Forum"

well i gave it a go....it sure is basic

some changes:

- once its been installed once you cant re-install using the installer file. maybe just make a new variable with config.php and if it is equal to one then that means the forum has already been installed
- a page which says that the installation was succesful
- friendly error messages if db doesnt connect, etc

any ideas when this forum is going to be complete?

Thanks, I will do these changes for sure. No idea when it'll be done, im just messing around with it. I was tired of seeing expensive forums that didnt have options i wanted. So i set out to make my own!! Mwhahaha!!!!
