i personally dont think that "it needs more members" is actually reviewing a site. for example this site is desperate for noew members, it only has just over 40 but that doesnt make it a bad site

I think its a bit too blue...
The links are a little hard to read and the images for the links at the top of the page dont look great on the blue bg...

Other than that it's ok
