Pay Per Click Script

Im looking for a script where I can charge people per click they get from this site. Basically they need to be able to buy x amount of clicks using PayPal and then their banner/text link will only display if theyve got enough click left in their account.

There is of course the standard way where someone would pay for x amount of clicks manually and then a click counter would be set up but Id like it to be done automatically

Ive already had a look over at hotscripts.com but found nothing free like this...Any suggestions?
