Gradual Disappearing Rectangle

I am going insane trying to do this...

So I am asking if one of you guys will help me out...

I need a 149x121 rectangle that gradually disappears... not gradient though. It needs to be rough, dont knwo how else to say it, but that way were it disappears, it is transparent. So at the top it is fully there, and then little chunks start missing, then they gradually get bigger all the way down to next to nothing (or nothing). If you understand this terrible description, please help me out...

the effect I think you want as far as the rough effect can be done in photoshop with the pointilize filter run on a gradient rectangle. if this is confusing I can explain further

What he wants is just a gradient set on Noise. From black to white... lol.
Any puff can do that in about 10 seconds.
