Is it possible to disable the visited link through CSS? I dont want the links to act different if they have already been visited...

Yeah, in your css file, set a:visited to be the same as a:link. E.g.
a:link {
COLOR: #000000; TEXT-DECORATION: none
}
a:visited {
COLOR: #000000; TEXT-DECORATION: none
}
