Watermark image

Im in need of a watermark image but at the moment I dont have photoshop so I cant do it myself.

Heres what I need:

300x300 dimensions
The text 'DEVDREAMS.COM" spannindg across it from corner to corner(45* angle)
The text needs to be almost invisible(can only just about see it)
The background needs to be transparent.

It needs to be png-24 format

kew ill do the other one right now then since i wont have net tommo or Sat since im moving yet again. let me know what u think about the 1st one if u want it that styel or what, im gonna make it like that anyways so.

Umm... To be honest... I thought Python was looking for the words DEVDREAMS.COM in pale gray going diagonally across a white background...

LMAO yes i know that lol i did that so he could see it, cuz when its transparent u cant really see the letters lol if u noticed i said i was gonna give him the file wit the transparent BG. lol

Oh... Ok.. Now I look closer I can see the watermark image there... but I think it might be a bit too faint as I did not see it at all untill I looked much much closer...
Sorry for any confusion... lol

yeah it needs be more visible than that...it should be easy to view although the behind image must show thourgh too

alright kew, sorry i havent responded in a while i have the file on my other laptop which my dad has so ill try to get it tommo, well at least the file ill make sure and make them changes
