i put yes but only because its habbit, i dont really think their is much need for it anymore although i suppose it does count for something on some search engines more than others

if i forget its not something id go back and change though unless i could be bothered

I chose sometimes since although the major se's dont use them there might be a couple of smaller se's that do. it cant do any harm having them there can it

I don't know if the SEs are looking at the tags, but I'm not too bother and only put them in when I remember to do so...

Many saller SE still use meta tags. I know most people SEO for the big three but by not doing something as simple as creating a few lines of text at top of your html you could be hurting yourself in the foot in other SEs that still use them.
