i know it was used on this forum when this site used to be with phpbb
does ayone know where i can get it from?

i will probably also need help setting it up if you know of any tutorials

thanks for that, its a bit late to look now so ill have a proper look tomorrow, which 1 did you use?
what i want is where the users gets say £1 or point or something for every post then they can swap the points for things like CDs etc

does this even increase the forum members of your site? If so I might do thesame, is there something like this for IPB? I'll offer a design or something for a certain amount

It can increase the member count but only if your shop sells something good or useful. For example if you were selling real cd's or something for about 50 points you would get tonnes of members

i have an idea not sure if it will work but you wont get anywhere if you dont try ideas out

ok i finally have both of the hacks, and im getting really confused by it..for a start its saying edit a file that isnt there

so does anyone know where theres a proper tutorial for it? or even better fancy doing it for me? ...worth a try

just follow the readme...what file is it asking for that's not there? i might know where it is since I used to know phpbb fairly well

are you sure?

Because that txt file I think is used to show version changes
