Well if you purchased the script you could ask the author for some help but seeing as you didn't "Templates Management v1.2 [WDYL-WTN] Rls" (from site title..) you won't get much help from them or anyone here unless you purchase a license …
I've had a look at a few now and can't seem to find any that are easy to theme and as you said tony they're mostly full of useless things :P I'll use php includes for now until I either find one I like or make my own small cms :)
As others have said, it's best to contact the person that copied your site then if you have no success contact their host, most hosts will ask their customer to remove your design if proof is given that it's yours.
I've had a problem once with some…
Thanks for those CMS's, I'll check Drupal in the morning and see if it's what I'm looking for. I've tried Joomla and it's the most confusing CMS I've seen, once people get used to it then I can already see it's good but I'll skip it for now :P

Thanks, well... I got the domain while I was at college and really needed a place to keep coursework and other things I was working on while at college so I bought my first domain jslane.net since I couldn't think of anything else for a personal sit…
Wow, nice find cooljeba :D I'll probably end up buying this unless I find another one for a lower price (not that it's too expensive but always nice to pay less :)) or a free one that is just as good or similar.
I wish I still had one of my first sites, geocities took it down but it was just full of animated gifs and massive wallpapers that I thought were good, don't know what I was thinking but then again it was my first site when I was 11 - 12 :P
I'm thinking that they'll consider people that keep buying a domain names regularly then selling them off to others a lot to be warehousing, I could be wrong though :P
