Basically, I really like everything on the right side of your banner. I like the world, I like the way you wrote the slogan, I like the colors and texture effects you used.
I would do everything on the left side over again. Redo the way you write "DeluxeNames". I really like the reflection but the font is just not right. Maybe the letters are too skinny or need outlines or something. I wouldn't use the black shape above "DeluxeNames" nor the blue shape below it.

well done, i was a big fan of it - i liked the cleverness and originality, most other designs played on the deluxe part - you went your own way with it, which is what i liked
